RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within
14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, send a clear statement to lapontevecchio25@gmail.com
before the 14 days expire. You may use these words: "I hereby give notice that I
withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [order number]."

After notifying us, return the item within 14 days. Items must be returned in
their original condition, unused, clean and free of animal hair, with all tags
and packaging.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Refunds
We refund the full price you paid, including standard outbound shipping, within
14 days of receiving the returned item or of receiving proof that you have sent
it, whichever comes first. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

We may reduce the refund if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary
to establish its nature and characteristics.

Faulty or incorrect items
Separately from the right of withdrawal, you are covered by a two-year legal
guarantee of conformity. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you
ordered, email lapontevecchio25@gmail.com with a photo within a reasonable time.
We will repair, replace, or refund it at no cost to you, including return
shipping.
