These terms govern all purchases made on packmypet.com.

The contract
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order
confirmation by email. We may decline an order and refund you in full, for
example if an item is unavailable or the delivery address is outside our
shipping range.

Prices
Prices are shown in euro and may be displayed in your local currency using an
automatic conversion. The amount charged is the euro price. Prices include all
applicable taxes and exclude any import duties at destination.

VAT is not applied to invoices under the Italian flat-rate scheme, article 1,
paragraphs 54 to 89, Law 190/2014.

Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours may look different on
your screen. Measurements are approximate and may vary by up to 2 cm.

SAFE USE OF THE CARRIER

Read this before using the product. These are conditions of safe use, not
suggestions.

Intended use
The carrier is a soft fabric tote for carrying a calm, healthy cat or small dog
for short periods, at walking pace, under the continuous supervision of an
adult. It is intended for everyday use such as a walk, a short journey on foot,
or a visit to the vet.

Weight and size limit
Maximum 5 kg. This limit is the load the carrier is designed for. Exceeding it
may cause the fabric, the seams or the strap to fail. The animal must be able to
sit and turn inside the carrier without pressure on its body.

The carrier is not
- a restraint system for travel by car, and it does not replace a seat belt,
  a harness or an approved transport crate
- an approved carrier for air travel. Airlines set their own requirements and
  we make no claim that this product meets any of them. Check with your airline
- a rigid carrier, and it offers no impact protection
- suitable for cycling, running, scooters, motorcycles or any other activity
  faster than walking
- suitable for an animal that is anxious, aggressive, injured, ill, pregnant,
  very young, elderly, or that has a respiratory or cardiac condition
- a place for an animal to sleep or to be left unattended

Rules of use
Never leave an animal in the carrier unattended, not even for a moment, and not
even inside your home.
Never leave the carrier, with or without an animal inside, in a parked car, in
direct sunlight, or anywhere the temperature may rise.
Introduce your animal to the carrier gradually and stop immediately if it shows
signs of distress: panting, drooling, vocalising, struggling, or trying to
escape.
Always keep the safety zip closed and, where present, keep the internal leash
clip attached to a harness, never to a collar.
Check the carrier before every use. Stop using it if you see a loose seam, a
frayed strap, a damaged zip or any other sign of wear.
Keep the carrier away from unsupervised children.
Wash by hand and let it dry completely before use. Do not tumble dry, bleach or
iron.

Your responsibility
You know your animal and we do not. You are responsible for deciding whether
this product is suitable for it, for respecting the weight limit, and for
supervising your animal at all times while it is in the carrier.

Limits of our liability
Within the limits allowed by law, we are not liable for harm to an animal, to a
person or to property that results from use of the product outside the intended
use described above, from exceeding the weight limit, from lack of supervision,
from continued use of a worn or damaged carrier, or from a pre-existing
condition of the animal.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits our liability for death or personal
injury caused by negligence, for defective products under applicable product
liability law, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your
statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

If you have any doubt about whether this product suits your animal, ask your
veterinarian before buying.

Legal guarantee
Consumers benefit from a two-year legal guarantee of conformity under Italian
consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

Complaints
Email lapontevecchio25@gmail.com. We reply within 5 business days and try to
resolve disputes amicably before any other step.

Governing law
Italian law applies. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory
protections of the law of the country where you habitually reside, and you may
bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
