Where we ship
We ship worldwide.

Cost
Shipping is free on all orders. No minimum.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery time
7 to 9 business days after processing, depending on destination. Delivery times
are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs or the carrier
are outside our control.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Customs and import duties
Orders may be shipped from partner warehouses outside your country. Any import
duties, taxes or customs fees are set by your local authorities and are your
responsibility as the recipient. We cannot calculate them in advance.

Wrong address
Enter your delivery address carefully. We are not able to redirect a parcel once
it has shipped. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address will be
refunded minus shipping costs actually incurred.

Lost or undelivered parcels
If your order has not arrived within 19 business days of shipping, email
lapontevecchio25@gmail.com and we will trace it or send a replacement.
